Where we ship

Mirevalia currently ships to addresses in the United States.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time starts after payment is accepted and does not include transit time.

Estimated transit time

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 6–9 business days. The combined estimated delivery window is therefore 7–12 business days from order confirmation. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs checks, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may affect the estimate.

Shipping charges

• Orders below $50 USD: $5.95 standard shipping.
• Orders of $50 USD or more: free standard shipping.

The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking and address changes

When tracking is available, it is sent after dispatch. Please check the delivery address before completing checkout. Use our Contact page immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee a change after an order enters processing.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking shows a problem, or an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us through the Contact page with the order number and relevant photos or video. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund when the claim is approved.
