These Terms of Service apply to the Mirevalia website and store. Mirevalia is operated by NABSCO, Marconistraat 137, 4702 SJ Roosendaal, The Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 81887922, VAT NL003616146B05.

Using the store

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from this website. You must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and payment information. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Products and information

We aim to describe products, variants, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. We may correct genuine errors before accepting an order. Nothing in these terms permits us to substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Prices, currency, and payment

Store prices and checkout are shown in USD for the United States market. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are presented at checkout before payment. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and Shopify confirms the order.

Orders

We may cancel or refuse an order when payment is not authorized, the selected product is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we refund the collected amount to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Processing times, transit estimates, charges, and delivery limitations are stated in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, method, costs, and refund timing are stated in our Refund and Return Policy.

Intellectual property

The Mirevalia name, store design, written content, and owned visual material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party platform and payment marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers may process information or provide parts of the service under their own terms and privacy notices. Our use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the store available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may maintain, update, or correct the website when reasonably necessary.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NABSCO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was accepted.

Changes and severability

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Updated terms apply from the date they are posted and do not remove rights already attached to an accepted order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
